Pixetric Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 March 2025
When you use Pixetric, you trust us with your data. This policy explains how we handle personal information across our products, websites, and services.
1. What information we collect and process
When you interact with Pixetric—our websites, platform, or other services—we collect Personal Data you provide, such as name, email, job title, billing details, payment information, event registrations, and marketplace orders. We also gather information automatically (technical logs, IP addresses, cookies, usage statistics) to secure the platform and improve your experience.
Customer Data that you store in Pixetric remains under your control. We act as a processor and handle it only to maintain, protect, and update the services. Sensitive personal information (medical data, biometrics, full card numbers) should not be uploaded. If you connect third-party integrations or sign in via providers, you are responsible for the permissions those services receive.
We may also receive information from partners, third-party marketplaces, public sources, and co-marketing campaigns. We use this data to update records, personalize communications, and detect fraud.
2. How we use personal data
- Facilitate contractual and pre‑contractual relationships.
- Comply with legal obligations (GDPR, CCPA, AML/KYC).
- Communicate about account activity, billing, and incidents.
- Provide and personalize the platform, including support.
- Develop new services, analyze usage, and conduct research.
- Protect the platform and prevent abuse.
- Market Pixetric offerings, subject to your preferences.
- Any other purpose with your consent.
3. How we share personal data
Pixetric does not sell personal data. We share limited information with service providers (hosting, analytics, support, payment processing), partners, marketplaces, and corporate transaction partners when necessary. Public forum contributions or testimonials may display the information you choose to share. We disclose data when legally required or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
4. International transfers
Pixetric applies Standard Contractual Clauses, applicable Data Privacy Frameworks, and additional safeguards when transferring personal data internationally. We may rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. framework, as well as SCCs and the UK Addendum when required.
Individuals in the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland retain rights to access, correct, or delete their data and may contact our privacy team or relevant authorities if concerns remain unresolved.
5. Storage and security
Personal data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, logging, and continuous monitoring. We use a mix of administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Retention periods depend on the type of data and the purposes for which it was collected. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it unless legal obligations require longer retention.
6. Your privacy rights and choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. You can object to certain processing activities or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Marketing preferences can be managed via unsubscribe links or account settings. Requests can be submitted through your Pixetric account or by emailing privacy@pixetric.com.
To protect privacy we may verify your identity (and the authority of any authorized agent) before fulfilling requests. In some cases, legal obligations or third-party rights may limit the extent to which we can comply.
7. California privacy rights
California residents may request details about the personal information we collect, seek deletion or correction, and exercise the right to non‑discrimination. Pixetric does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. Requests can be made directly or via an authorized agent, subject to verification.
8. Data Protection Officer
Pixetric maintains a Data Protection Officer who oversees compliance and responds to privacy inquiries. You can contact the DPO by emailing privacy@pixetric.com.
9. Other important information
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 and will close accounts that we believe belong to minors. Technical Preview features (alpha, beta, experimental regions) may collect additional telemetry during testing; once generally available they fall under this privacy policy.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or laws. Material changes will be announced through the console or email. If you have unresolved concerns, you may contact regional authorities or request independent dispute resolution. We will always publish the latest version of this policy with the effective date below.
